1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.

2. Apply the shampoo to the scalp first and massage for 20–30 seconds.

3. Pull the lather through the lengths; do not scrub mid-lengths aggressively.

4. Rinse with cool water to help seal the cuticle.

5. Follow with conditioner if needed.
