• Handling Time: 3-5 business days to process. Orders after 11 AM on Saturdays ship the next Monday.
• Delivery Time: 7-10 business days (standard).
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (delays may occur beyond our control).

Return Policy

Recommended content:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be new and unused
• Custom logo products are not returnable
• Customer pays return shipping
• $3 processing fee deducted from refund
• Include tracking number when returning
• Refunds exclude shipping fees and will be issued to original payment method within 10 business days
